My goal was/is?? To drop 35 - 40 pounds. For my size 5'3" and small boned frame I'd be around 112-117.
Well..I've done 11 pounds (might change, gonna weigh in a few minutes) and wonder if I should change to smaller goals?
Is this normal to second guess? Should I keep it the same? Would lowering it be a cop out?
Opinions??

It's totally an individual thing.. If you want to change to smaller goals, that is your choice and I don't think you're cheating anyone by breaking it up. In fact, it may be more motivating to you in the end. Won't know for sure until you try!0
