Late Intro

Hey everyone, I am still trying to figure out where/how to post in MFP, but I have been half comitted here since May 12', had to figure out why I wasn't losing when I was working my tail off at the gym, come to find out I had set my calories too low, that word "deficit" was getting the best of me. Talked to a nutritionist and my gym coach and it finally sunk in LAST NIGHT, DUH!! so I am taking the leap and staying around 1700 (which seems like tons of calories to me) and will see if that works, just seems odd that if I eat that many calories I will lose ya know? Plus in previous weight loss I had never been that high and still managed to lose weight. So off we go!
