6 to 10 Clean Eating Challenge

Now announcing and accepting orders for the 6 or 10 Shakeology and Clean Eating Challenge, scheduled for August 6. I am putting it out there for anyone who wants to do it.
"Feeling tired as a result of the processed food you've been eating? Curious about Shakeology but afraid to commit financially to a whole bag? What are YOU fueling your body with? This 6 or 10 Challenge gives you the opportunity to find support, motivation and accountability with others on a similar journey. You will be introduced to Shakeology, the superfood , no synthetic packed shake that may help aid your digestion, improve your energy, and possible weight loss. You will be encouraged to cut out caffeine, artificial sugars, carbonated beverages...anything processed.
Our official start date is August 6! You will NOT receive the updated menu until you commit financially!
Ordering options:
1) Order 6 or 10 packets from your dedicated Team Beachbody coach at $5 per regular formula packet (chocolate or greenberry) $6 for any Vegan packet (Tropical vegan or Chocolate vegan)
2) Order a 30 day supply at retail price: $119.95 (choose home direct for free shipping). This results in $4 per shake, and allows you to go beyond the 6 challenge days. Another option is to split this with a friend who is also committed to this challenge.
3) Order 30 day supply at the wholesale price: $89.95 (choose home direct for free shipping). This results in $3.40 per shake. If you are interested in this option, please contact your Team Beachbody coach for more details.
Step 1- Follow the recommended 6 or 10 Day Challenge Menu
Step 2 - Exercise for at least 30 minutes all 6 days (walk, jog, swim, bike, CARDIO).
TIPS TO ASSIST YOU WITH YOUR 6 or 10 DAY JOURNEY:
- Set up a free calorie tracker with myfitnesspal.com - It allows you to track your eating habits and calorie intake. The iPhone, Blackberry and Android apps make it easier and more accessible to use.
- You will be invited to join the 6 or 10 day Shakeology and Clean Eating Challenge Facebook group where we can connect, provide support, tips, and general discussion. This also provides ACCOUNTABILITY both to oneself and to each other.
When to Eat
Plan your “fuels” so you eat approximately every 2 to 3 hours during the day. Stop eating 3 hours before going to bed.
What to Drink
Water is best. Add lemon to taste. Please refrain from all carbonated beverages and juices. If you have coffee or tea, skip the cream, and use stevia if you need to sweeten. Please refrain from alcohol for the next 6 days!
What to Eat
Vegetables: Eat Fresh or frozen vegetables (without sauce or seasoning) and please stay away from canned veggies.
Proteins: Choose or request the leanest proteins whenever possible.
Carbs: You’ll notice that the carbs are coming from the vegetable choices (spinach/broccoli). Fruits are limited. The ones that are included in the plan are high in fiber and low on the Glycemic Index scale. Starches are not a part of the 6 day challenge. When you see the results, you will be glad you stuck with it.
Fats: Healthy fats are recommended; nuts, olive oil, avocados are all spectacular for you in limited amounts.
