Hello Pals..so on Sunday I over ate..and I totally loved it..but I want to get back on track. My question is I went over my caloric intake by 900, can I create a deficit for the rest of the week of 150 calorie less than I normally eat to balance what I over ate. Or should I continue to eat at my normal caloric intake? If so will this delay my weightloss?

I doubt if 900 cals will make a difference, but I have done what you suggested (lowered my cals for the rest of the week)
My biggest problem after a binge is not repeating it the next day - one binge triggers my old eating habits...
Either way you'll be fine - 900 over is not a big deal as long as you don't make a habit of it.0 -
One day of binging will not make you gain weight.
You might gain some water weight but it will disappear after a few days.
Put the binge in the past and just go back to your normal eating plan and don't worry about it.0 -
I'm sure these other pals are right. Thank God the binge is over and go back to your healthy eating plan. And thank God you only went over by 900 calories. You really are doing great! Keep going!!!!!0

I over ate this weekend and still lost! I think once in a while it actually kickstarts things...I always feel horrible, but I usually still lose a bit, or stay even, so no worries!! Keep up the good work!0
