I cant eat enough calories lately!!

Yesterday I had

Breakfast - Cereal/skim milk
Lunch- Mushroom, Green Pepper, Onion Torilla with salsa and cheese
After Workout I had ANOTHER one
Dinner- I had Grilled Chicken, sweet potatoes, and asparagus

at the end of that I was super full, all day long, but still only 857 calories! so I drank two glasses of milk and some peanut butter to get me up to 1219.

Today my plan is

Cornflakes and a peach for breakfast (already ate)
Black Forest Ham on wheat bread
A Mushroom, Mushroom, Green Pepper, Onion Torilla with salsa and cheese after workout
And baked chicken, sweet potatos, onions, peppers, tonight for dinner

For a grand total of.... 949 calories..

I ate cereal and a peach an hour ago and I am still stuffed. am defiantly not starving myself, if i am hungry I eat because I know thats my body saying it needs nutrition.

My question is, if im not hungry, and I have been feeling better than I EVER have it my life, do I have to eat 1200? I

    If you are having trouble, try switching to Semi Skimmed or Whole Milk.

    Add some meat to these workout snacks. The protein will be good for you.

    Depending on how you are cooking the onions and peppers, try adding olive oil. Contains healthy fats and should shoot your calories up by about 40 odd per 5ml.


    You really need to push yourself a bit more though even if you are full because you will have problems when you want to maintain after you hit your goal.

    What kind of cheese in the tortilla? Try full fat cheese.
    Nuts? Avocado's? Peanut butter?
