lost weight from stress.. but now gaining back...

i love food and eat a lot.. yes i know, shame on me......i'm fairly slim, thanks for my genes.. but i gained a good 10-15 lbs in recent years due to pigging out too much... i lost weight in april/may when i was moving and lost appetite from stress.. i was actually quite happy about it.. i didn't even exercise much at that time as i was busy packing and moving... now that i'm settled down and happy again.. i'm eating more and gaining weight back.. even i exercise way more.. it's so frustrating and when i read you guy's progress, i feel ashamed that i always go over my calories and so many of you can keep it well under.. what should i do to have more motivation and more will power i would say... this morning i already input today's food log and aim at keeping the way it is.. without going over calories...
