cheating?

Hey all! Do any of you have a diet cheat day? If so how often? Also, on days where you know you're going to go over your calorie goal, do you still log your calories or not?

I ask this because I felt that before I had my son, I would basically have 1 day per week that I would eat whatever I liked (within reason), and was still able to keep on track! However, now during my weight loss journey, I feel that even when I have ONE day of splurging, it throws me off course!!! I get frustrated lately because I don't want to have to live life depriving myself of certain foods ALL the time.
