Does anyone use this gym? Do you think it is a good value for the price? Any advice/opinion/rant-age would be great!

provided that it has decent equipment, 40 isn't that bad for a monthly membership.
    especially w/ group classes included.

Jess and I used to go there. The one I went to recently moved to the 103rd St. From what I understand, they did upgrade quite a bit. My main complaint was the classes/trainers at the time wasn't so great. This was probably around 3 years ago. I don't know which branch you are thinking of going to, so it may vary by location. We are with the Y now, and we do love it. They do the Les Mills classes which I like much better than the standard classes at Bailey's and other gyms.
