Getting rid of that back muffin :P

Hi! I've been on MFP since about November, and have had really good progress (especially these last few weeks). My tummy has flattened out until very close to my goal, my arms have gotten more toned, and my cheekbones are even more defined. I've been pretty successful in toning and losing fat around most of my body, but there's one spot left that can't seem to go away...
the back muffin top. :explode: (As in, when I put on jeans, I don't have as much of a side muffin top, but there's always fat over the back part of jeans). I can't for the life of me get rid of it!
I do 8 minute abs at least once a day (
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pNqrkGnkUWc), do all-over strength training/weight lifting about twice a week, dance twice a week, kickbox, do hot yoga, and run/do cardio at least once or twice a week. But it's still there!!
Any tips on how to get rid of it? Food tips, specific exercises? Anything and everything is appreciated!

Lose more fat. Each person has their own "last area" of fat based on their genetics. If everything else is looking good, that must be yours. Keep at it a bit longer and it should be gone. Good luck!0

you cant spot reduce fat!0

^This. There's not one specific way to lose fat in a certain area. Spot reducing isn't possible. You must concentrate on losing fat and be patient.0

Normally this is men's most difficult area to get rid of. The only thing that kills it is a slight calorie deficit, some short (30 minute) cardio 4-5 times a week, and strength training to keep your muscle tone and metabolism running high. That is all there is to know. You can't spot reduce so just keep working on the entire package.0
