    Wow lot's of Canadian's. I'm from north of Toronto. Mount Albert. I've not used the community but I've been tracking my food and excercise with myfitness pal for a couple weeks. So far so good. It's nice to have an ap on my phone that I can quickly update all day on the go.

    Guelph Ontario here & still have about 30 lb. to go but came down with a skin condition requiring huge doses of steroids..............grrrrrr. Now I'm watching every mouthful to try & not gain weight, even still it's creeping up. Anyhow, love to be your friend
