Hello All,
I'm looking for some workout DVD suggestions. What are your favorites? I have a few low impact and yoga/pilaties DVD's. Looking for more aerobic/kick boxing types.

I really enjoy the Ten Minute Solution dvds. they work wonders. especially the blast off belly fat, quick tummy toners, and HOT BODY BOOTCAMP is my absolute favorite. they are great.
And each workout is 10 minutes but they r so intense that u really get alot out of them.0 -
I do TaeBo Amped. It's encouraging to see Billy Blanks (world champion martial artist) pouring sweat with you, and his daughter makes these faces when it gets hard. They're working just as hard as you and that's really motivating to me.
Also, Core Rhythms.....it's a latin cardio dance. Some of the moves are kind of tricky but there's a help feature where they explain to you exactly what they're doing.0 -
I have found that if something really kicks my a** and I feel horrible afterwards, I don't stick with it for more than a few days. I've now turned to a really great 4 mile walking video by Leslie Sansone. The whole thing takes about 50 minutes, but I feel so great afterwards and it seems to go quickly.0

I really like my billy's (blanks) bootcamp live - lower body and cardio --- they use the billy bands which i haven't bought yet but it is still a great workout.0

my favorite dvds are by the biggest loser: cardio max, weight loss yoga, and bob's bootcamp. they all work you entire body.
Hope these helps you.0 -
I second the Biggest Loser Cardio Max. Also, Jillian Michael's 30 day shred is good (short but intense).
For yoga, anything with Rodney Yee (I particularly like "Yoga Burn").0 -
Cathe's Drill Max, Body Max 2, Bootcamp, Kick Punch & Crunch
Seasun Zieger Stepping Up, Straight up Step
Kelly Coffey Meyer 30 min to fitness Bootcamp0
