Does chicken & sweet potato really work?
Like for weight loss?
Should I eat them immediately after my workout?
Will I bulk up eating them?
This is how most protein shake / meal replacement shake threads read to me. Seems like people think these shakes have some sort of magical properties. I wish they would just look at them as they are - a form of food, that have ingredients, calories, and nutritional value.
Just a little rant here I guess.

I totally used a protein shake all wrong this morning. I used it only as a source of food. I didn't even work out yet today. It was glorious, blended with some coffee as a side dish to my breakfast. Tee hee. I don't think people get that the point is to get the carbs and protein after working out and you can get them in any form, most people just find it easier to whip up a shake than cook some sweet potatoes and chicken...but seriously, if I had leftover chicken and sweet potatoes I would heat those up as a post workout snack. Or just a snack right now. Damn, I love food.0 -

You can, don't have too much chicken. The body can only digest 30g of chicken per hour, and 40g of turkey.
Avoid to mix potatoes with casein, or you'll lose your muscles0 -
this is why we can't have anything nice.

maybe you could just puree the chicken and sweet potatoes and make a shake out of that???
be sure to add almond milk and whey protein and shakeology Special K by Vi, and whatever the hell else is the current frikken fad, cuz by GOD , let's not eat real food....................
