Gluten-Free Friends?

Options
I just joined here so I'm looking for some supportive friends, I guess!

Exercise is alright when it comes to weight loss, but the hardest part for me is maintaining my gluten-free diet. I'm intolerant so it's not awful if I eat gluten products, but it makes me gain weight like crazy.

Anybody up to be buddies?

I have a 9yr old son with autism who has been on a gluten and dairy free diet for 7 years.
I started eating GF last October and haven't looked back!

I'm also gluten intolerant. I've been GF since last November and lost 8 lbs without even trying-not to mention the other health benefits it has brought me. Just having to cut wheat out changed my diet completely and automatically helped me make better choices (nothing battered and fried, no sauces/gravy, no cakes/cookies, etc).

    Feel free to add me.

There is also a Gluten-Free Group on here. Just click on "Groups" in the menu tabs and scroll to Gluten-free.

    Welcome!
