I have lost inches but am being told not to lose much more, I wear a size 14 now (just) after Christmas 2011 size 18 trousers didnt look good.
Any ideas for filling evening meals welcomed (crockpot ideal)

  • I'm a 52 yo, 5' 7" male and plan to go from 218 to 160, which is where I was 14 years ago. I have 16 pounds to go. I decided to make the move when I checked into health insurance rates and found them to be much higher than closer to my "ideal" weight. I think the charts actually have me around 150, but I doubt I was there in jr. high. Good luck.

I am 50 but only 5ft4". My goal weight is 126 lbs which should result in me being a UK size 8, which would be USA 4? However I may adjust up or down whe I get closer, currently 142 so planning to lose 16lbs.

You say you have been advised not to lose any more, but not who has given the advice. For me I shall continue to reach a more healthy hip/waist ratio, and so I like how I look. I have had a few well wishes tell me I don't need to lose anymore. I have thanked them and ignored their unsolicited advice, as all, without exception were overweight themselves. Lol!

I am 5'7" and 52 (53 in August). My goal started at 150 then went to 140 and now I'm at 136 and feel wonderful.

    Feel free to add me.
