I need help with strength training.

Let me start out by saying that I made a big mistake, which was to think strength training wasn't necessary. Now that I'm healthy weight I need to start toning. But I don't know where to start. So I know that there are plenty of muscle groups to exercise, and I know many of them but I need to know simple ways to exercise the muscle groups using dumbbells and the bar of my bench-press. I've done some exercises with them but never feel muscle fatigue or tired so I figured I must be doing something wrong. And when I did do strength training I never went past 25 minutes, while other people go for a full hour. I'm kind of stuck here and need help.

It's fantastic. Don't rush, do it proper and you'll love it. The first bit is supposed to be easy, do not skip ahead and you'll be fine0 -
I know i am a chick but you can find alot of information about exercise on mens health.com and sites like that. Also Push ups and squats are always effective.0

Google Bizzy Workout from Muscle Pharm, They offer cardio and strength training... they also have some workouts specific to just strength0
