Black Team? A team of champions?

Since joining MFP, every once in a while I see a forum topic about a team that is apparently black and full of supposed champions. So that I never think about it again, can someone tell me what the origin of those threads is? Whenever I've clicked on one out of curiosity, it's appeared to be full of pretty random noise.
