sleeping is difficult

For the past few nights I have had horrible time staying asleep. I fall asleep great, I'm usually exhausted by bedtime. And I've noticed that I'm not eating enough for the amount of exercise I'm doing. I'm wondering if that is part of the problem? Anyone out there have similar issues or any advice? Help, I'm tired, lol :frown:

If you're eating far too little then your body could be fighting back. Fatigue is just one of the many symptoms of under eating. Eat your calories! And your exercise ones too!0
