My first day here :)

A friend who has lost over 30lbs using this app talked me into trying it out. So here I am! I've sat on it for weeks but today it just hit me to upload and get moving.

I'm currently 155lbs and would ideally like to be around 140. I have 3 small kids but have been fitting in some time at the Y-but I go in spurts. My goal is to knock off the spurts and keep at it! I'm so sick of the up and downs in my weight. I was 118 soaking wet in high school and the girl who annoyed you because I ate and ate and never gained. A total string bean. Totally changed when we got married. Fat and happy I guess? lol.

I've quit all diets and have been eating clean and following Tosca Reno-but have actually gained a little (ops) but knowing I'm injesting GOOD things into my body makes me feel like I"m going in the right direction.

I"d love to meet others in a similar situation for support :)
