Pure Cardio. I love how you just go, go, go....and then you're done.0

Only on month 1 but I like Cardio Power and Resistance (love me some hurdles!!). At first I did not like them, thought I would not make it through them, but on week 4 and I actually like all of them including Pure Cardio (2nd fave)0

Circuit training for me so far, but I'm only on Day 4 at the moment.0

Maximum Interval Sports Training is my favorite.0

I like the Max Interval Training, though these month 2 videos are really making me miss month 1! I literally end up like my profile pic after every workout now lol!0

Month 1 - I enjoyed Pure Cardio ~ I think it's because you know once the exercise is over, it's done for the video. I enjoyed Core Cardio and Balance as well during Recovery Week. Month 2 - Max Cardio is taking the lead and I, too, HATE max push-ups :grumble: But I am getting better at it!0 -
