    The time has come

    I've been putting this off for a long time. My starting weight was 160 and I am now sitting comfy at 121. This was no easy process for me and it took over 2 years to lose the weight and get fit. I logged my food for about a year and then just tried to use common sense eating. To get here I have used circuit training, cardio, yoga, cycling (this was my biggest tool), kickboxing, hiking, and generally a lot of *kitten* kicking to get here. I can't say I never fell off the wagon (obviously, I mean it took me 2 years!) but I really feel like this is something I can maintain for life. I plan on continuing to shed a little more fat because I really want to slim down my tummy and I will definitely continue with strength training. :drinker:

    After at 121 One of my favorite things is my difference in posture. You can see my unhappiness in my before pictures just by looking at my body language.
