Does anyone know of any good cardio work outs on netflix streaming?

    bumping this for any input

    I need rainy day workouts and I don't have a nearby gym or my own exercise equipment (except mini weights).

    I havent tried any of the workouts on netflix but if you have fit tv and can record shows Gilads (still dont know how to spell his name) bodies in motion, if u need to find it just go to fit tv's website and search bodies in motion, it will tell you the time its on, or i can send you a link. If you have a Wal-mart close to you they sell fitness dvds for $5-$10 each (at or at least the one near me does) Tabo is my favorite one. :) good luck
