State challenge's that you tried and failed at but didn't give up on..
Me My Goal was too be able too do one complete Pull up with a complete set of 50 push ups
I failed at pull up and push ups but today i managed too do my first pull up and got too 37 for push ups..
Remember too pat your self on your back even if you fail.. Because you tried anyways.

Before today, I was only able to do 41 minutes on my elliptical. Today I rocked it at 62 minutes!0
