Drinking water at specific times to maximize effectiveness

Here's a infographic that APS (All Pro Science) posted on their FB page...not sure how true it is but I found it interesting.

    So basically, just drink water throughout the day?

    Look, if you're at the point of having a stroke, a glass of water before bed (or before bed for several years prior) isn't going to do jack to prevent it. Happy paralysis, bedtime water drinkers.

    - 2 glasses of water after waking up: Helps activate internal organs
    - 1 glass of water 30 minutes before each meal: Helps digestion
    - 1 glass before a bath or shower : Helps lower blood pressure
    - 1 glass before going to bed : Avoids stroke or heart attack

    I have seen this before and tried to post it here but couldn't.....I don't know if it works either but drinking water more doesn't hurt
