for dieting pasta lovers everywhere

so my main problem is carbs i love carbs (and gummy bears) but my favorite carbs are pasta and i found this website where there is gluten and wheat free recipes and for noodles they use spagetti squash and all u do is u buy one then cut it legth-wise down the center and bake @ 425 for 30 min. then... scoop out seeds and then take a fork and scrape out the rest (it will go into streands0 you can take ur favorite pasta sauce and eat it like that or after scaraping put in a pot of boilin water first for 10 min the add paasta sauce.

    squash yes! wheat free pasta NEVER.....i am wheat intolerant and wheat free pasta is almost twice the calories of normal wheat pasta.....................so u have the good , the bad and the noooooooo lol

    Love the spaghetti squash....add some grilled peppers and zucchini to the sauce and some eggplant....sprinkle with fresh parm and THAT'S what is good!!
