I am a personal trainer and I can't tell you how many times I've had womencome up to me and tell me they are afraid to look like men...

I always respond..." do i look like a man?"

The answer is always no...but then they have excuses about why they are "different." I have no idea why people at the gym ask me for advice but then continue to lift the pink dumbells and never experience physique changes...

Pink or purple! I laugh when i tell what i have been doing to lose wieght and they look at me like i am lying to them.

Love this! Though I must admit I have some girly 2 pound weights...mine are purple though. I use them as paper weights now that I am actually lifting at the gym!
