I'm not desperate to lose weight, as evidenced by my willingness to go a little over calories and a very casual attitude toward the scale. I criticise your behaviour because you're promoting garbage science. You're telling people that you've dropped an amazing amount of weight by paying for expensive placebos and effectively encouraging them to do the same.

You're utterly simple if you think the only option for weight loss is taking the word of a quack who's making money hand over fist from people like you. Two months from now you'll be fatter than ever or flirting with an eating disorder and he'll be enjoying his gold plated toilets.

It's lose not loose. And with the 150 other grammatical mistakes and the fact that you apparently cannot spell I won't bother trying to read your post.

And the simple remark, check in the mirror.

It has taken me about two and half years to lose 25lbs - no pills, no fad diets, no depriving myself of foods I enjoy. All proper nutrition and exercise, setting short term goals, reevaluating and setting new goals as I achieve them, and plenty of educating myself along the way.

No quick fix, no temporary diet - this is my lifestyle. The fat is coming off and I plan to keep it off, and to continue to enjoy good food, exercise, and life in general!
