3. HOW WOULD YOU DOCTOR UP A BOWL OF OATMEAL? I like to make steel cut pumpkin oatmeal. Otherwise with some vanilla soy milk and a touch of honey.
4. FAVORITE PASTA DISH? Oh man, to hard to chose! I love pasta! Definitely whole wheat, either something medeteranian with shrimp, or something in a red sauce with tons of veggies mixed in. I have been eating whole wheat pasta with red sauce, spinach, squash and zucchini for several days now (it was my breakfast this AM) because I love it so much.
5. FAVORITE THING TO BBQ? Salmon or Chicken, my sister BBQs amazing veggies, but I haven't figured out her secret.

Kellogs yogurt berry crunch cereal. Not sure exactly what the name was but my roommate and I lived off that stuff for so long.

oats. Some people call that cereal right? If not, I can't think of any cereal that is really all that healthy. Kashi go lean isn't so bad and can be doctored up with fruit.

Banana and Peanutbutter, strawberries, lots of cinnamon, or protein powder and blueberries. And I just about always cook egg whites into my oats with almond milk.

Oatmeal is a staple for me so I've got this down to a science. Usually honey or cinnamon; sometimes fresh fruit and plain Greek yogurt, with perhaps a drizzle of honey for sweetness. Maybe an egg in place of water, and some mashed up banana or thinly-sliced apple, in addition to the honey and cinnamon; it comes out like a thick, gooey oatmeal cookie or pancake that way.
