Ok, this kind of confuses me. My daily calorie intake is supposed to be 1,400 calories. So say I were to eat breakfast, lunch and dinner and I got up to 1,400 calories or maybe even a little over, and then I worked out for and hour and burned 500 calories, does that mean after my workout I need to eat those calories back. because otherwise it tells me I am under my daily food intake, and it's unhealthy.
thanks, let me know
Danielle
P.S. Hope you are all having a good day!
