Im sure this has been discussed on here...but I am new so want the scoop. I have read some articles that list veggies and fruits that take more calories to digest than the calories in the food. Does anyone go off this list ? My DR. would call the veggies all the "freebies"....but I have never heard of fruits that really didnt need to be counted as calories (WW gives fruits free now).
Looking for some opinions...........as I try to up my veggie and fruit intake

Check out the search option for the forums and you will get a few hits on this topic. I log everything, no matter if it's supposedly negative. If you have questions on specific foods you can always look them up on the food database to see what kind of calories they have.0
