i have 2 questions?
1. I have 2 app that track my miles every morning I walk and they both always have different calories burned numbers so what I have been doing to post on here my cardio workout I have been adding the two totals and dividing that total by 2 to get the average,
What I want to know is would that be accurate or not?
2. I weighed myself three times today after my walk back to back and I was told that the digital scales are accurate, well I got 3 different numbers 286.2, 288.6, and 290.8 my questions is.....
Should I add the 3 numbers and divide 3 from the total to get the average, which is the same thing I was doing to with the 2 apps.
I am soooo lost in this and I'm trying to figure out my results on both of these so im asking what would be best!

I think your idea about the calories burned is smart. Do both apps take your stats into account/adjust automatically each time you lose? I know one of the apps I have, I have to go in and manually update it each week.
As far as the scale issue, what kind of scales are you using? If you are using one thats in a gym or doctors office, those are usually a much sturdier, more reliable scale, so I would go with that one as far as the official weight. I know that personal scales can be pretty cheap and unreliable, so i would use that one more as a reference to see if you're one track0
