Net Calories (yes that question again :)

I know there's been a number of questions about net calories but I'm still confused.
Here's what I logged on Tuesday:

(Goal is 1220) (Food 2212) ( Exercise 855) (Net 1357) (Remaining -137)


Should I eat all of my "net" calories?
Should I eat some of net calories?
FYI: According to my summary, I'm 3802 net calories under my weekly goal. ?!
