    There is some evidence that people with depression respond better to treatment if they have higher levels of vitamin B12. It's possible that vitamin B12 is needed to manufacture substances called monoamines. Another theory is that vitamin B12 deficiency results in the buildup of the amino acid homocysteine, which may enhance depression.

    Deficient of B12 can also boycott ur weigh loss, acording to some readings i´ve made ....

    Hmmmm @Guisma.....that sound interesting. I am into a lot of this un-health effects caused by less B-vitamins ..... maybe I should try to supplement myself?

    Could be that ur depression or lack of energy has nothing to do with lack of B12, or omega 3 or any vitamin for that matter....
    But i thought that could be usefull if try or someone with the same troubles

    Myself i can notice a bit difference when i take suplements in energy, i dont take everyday its mostly a just in case thing

    I think its wroth trying everything
