Bad Food Day

Hey everyone! I don't usually post, but I am looking for some serious motivation. I cheated a lot today, one thing led to another and friends kept asking me to have a beer, or go stop at this social function and had no time for the gym. Anyways, I have been doing really well with staying away from food that I shouldn't eat (McDonald's, alcohol) but now that I have started, I am so worried I will revert to my old ways. I actually feel guilty, which is a first. Basically, I am wondering what does everyone do when they have had a really bad day and need to a) feel better about what they did, b) jump back on the healthy food wagon.
Thanks everyone!
Thanks everyone!
