Should this be ALL of them. Isn't ONE of the purposes to burn more calories and so burn fat quicker? . I'd you eat them back, doesn't it slow weight loss down to what it would be if you didn't exercise?
I know exercise has many other aesthetic, psychological and health benefits too, but am I misunderstanding?

I would not eat the extra calories unless you were very hungry. You do lose more when you do not eat them but your body needs energy to work out. I'd suggest eating carbs before or after for that purpose. You shouldn't need to eat the extra calories every day.0

I eat some of my calories back, other wise I'd net less than 800 calories and after a few days I feel ill and faint. eating 2400 calories a day but burning off 1400, is not the most healthy of ways to change your life.0

The problem is, if you don't eat them your day might look like this..
Food: 1300
Exercise cals burned: 400
Net calories: 900
In effect it means you have only eaten 900 cals that day. Is that the kind of diet you would normally do? Your weight will come off quickly, but then it will stall or you might even start to put on. It's really not the best way to do things.
