Being that today is Oct 1st I decided to change up my exercise routine. I've been exercising 6 days a week for months, doing the Lifecyle Bike and Slim n 6 abs and stretching.
Today I did C25k W1D1...after reading about so many people on this site loving this program I had to try it. I'm not gonna lie, I was struggling a bit but i got through it.
I also started the 30 day shred for the 1st time...once again cause of all of you great people on this site!!
I'm going to be one sore girl tomorrow!!!! :noway:
I just want to add in that this site really is amazing. Just reading about everyone experiences, struggles, and success has been soooo motivational for me. It feels so good to know that there are other people out there like you and we are in this fight together!! :drinker:

Good for you! You might be sore but since you've been exercising it may not be as bad is it could have been!

Good job Angie, your diligence is paying off!! I agree this site is amazing with everyone posting stuff, now I am addicted to MFP instead of sugar!!! Best wishes sweetie you're doing great!!!
