Why did my fitbit adjustment change? Yesterday a had a fitbit adjustment of 610 which was 2 calories off from my hrm... But this morning i went to look at yesterdays fitbit adjustment and its now 236...Why is that?

At the time you finish some physical activity, it adjusts your calories based on that level of activity. It is PREDICTING you will end up with that calorie count BY MIDNIGHT.
IF you keep moving for the rest of the day, it may come true, but if you sit around for the rest of the day it will drop considerably.
it is CONSTANTLY readjusting based on your CURRENT movement every time it syncs.0
