I don't always get to the gym so I was looking for exercises I could do in my condo and ordered a fitness hoop. They weigh about 1.6 lbs and are much larger than toy hoops. I read an article on WebMd that says hooping burns calories as well as regular cardio. http://www.webmd.com/fitness-exercise/news/20110210/hula-hoop-workouts-burn-calories.
Does anyone else do this? I honestly feel ridiculous hooping in my living room, but if i can do it at home I'll do it!
