Braggs ORGANIC Apple Cider Vinegar -Its not a CURE all but it is a HELP all :) IMO

I have been eating very cleanly (FOR THE MOST PART - NOT A PERFECTIONIST YET) but I have become somewhat gassy and bloated from all the fiber- it talks about that in here,

It talks about energy, leg cramps, allergies, headaches, blood pressure - I am not one to buy into a CURE ALL but I do think that this has a ton of positive benefits-

I began my regemin this week- 1 tbsp of ACV, 1tbsp of agave nectar and 8 oz of water- refrigerate or put over ice-

and the best one in my opinion – it says best ways to use but it in fact is best reasons to use-

I've read tons of great reviews on how good ACV is for you, so I started my regimen on yesterday (2 tbsp w/ 8 oz. water, 3x a day). I drink mine with a straw and brush/rinse after use because the acids in ACV can wear away the enamel on your teeth,

This topic just came up at my gym this morning and I'm also considering giving it a go.... I've had issues with leg cramps (especially on days I don't get much potassium), so it sounds like it might be worth a shot. I was planning to try it with a locally grown raw honey (since that is said to help allergies as well)

    Thanks for posting!

I went through two bottles and found no benefits. I do believe fermented foods are good for us, though.

I have been on this for less than 24 hours and I already feel a difference with my allergies- local honey sounds like an excellent option for the allergies- I use local honey for that purpose but not with the ACV- will try it!

I have major allergy issues and have not had to take any additional mucous cleansing meds today- I am excited to see how it continues to go-

    Good Luck-

The girls at my gym are mixing it with some water and a tsp of honey...
