What is your Take-it-easy Exercise?

My take-it-easy exercise is swimming laps for an hour or walking at 3 MPH for an hour.
I find I can't have "rest" days with no exercise, because then I just completely give up and stop exercising altogether, so I just try to give myself one mini rest day--no strength training or running, just walking or swimming--something low-impact that won't have me panting and sweating buckets.0 -
absolutely none. If you aren't prepared to set a PR on a lift or give 100% effort, you have no business being in the gym imo.
I kinda' agree with that to be honest. The closest I get is if I do an "extra" workout to work on weaker supporting muscle groups but I'm still lifting pretty heavy and intense; I just keep the session short. I'll pick a rowing exercise and ramp-up to a 6RM, maybe do some deltoid work, some chin-ups, a tricep exericse, an ab exercise and call it a day.0
