I'm trying my hardest to drink 8 pints of water a day, i find it difficult but i am getting there.
Is it true that drinking lots of water helps with weight loss?

Yes, it helps remove extra crud from your system first off. Plus cold water actually burns calories (not many, but it helps)

Once you make it a habit, it comes naturally. I used to have a hard time drinking 5 cups a day, now I drink about 15!
It does help a lot!!0
