High Protien Low Calories

What are some of your favorite High Protein Low Calories foods?
Yesterday I had a lunch that had 12 grams of protien and 280 calories and I was "full" all afternoon long!!! It was a Fit and Active Five cheese lasanga. I know, processed is bad but it's all I had available. I have been getting better about eating "real" food, unprocessed but sometimes.... It's a lifestyle change - baby steps!
I am making my food plan for next week as I do my grocery shopping on Fridays.... Just trying to add more healthy food/snacks/unprocessed good stuff to my plan!! I normally shop at Aldi's so if there are any other Aldi's shoppers - I'd love your opinions on good foods there!!
Thanks Much!! Happy Thursday!!

Make your own lasagna with ground turkey and whole wheat noodles. Use fewer noodles...more meat and veggies.
Really any lean cut of meat will give you a good amount of protein for fairly low calories. Fish is great. Sadly, I just can't make myself like it...I keep trying though!
Eggs
Quinoa
Beans (if you buy dry they're way cheap! They also keep a really long time. With the drought all across the country, I highly suggest everyone start picking up things like dry beans and grains now.)0 -
Swai. It's a type of catfish. It's basically pure protein.0

Do you have any recipes that "mix in beans" without having the "bean" taste? I wonder if that will make sense?
I don't really care for beans but you are right - they would be 'cheap' and with this drought and the news saying how grocery prices are going up.... Now would be the time....
Love the cute pet pictures!0
