Advise To Get Past A Plateau

Hello, I'm Lisa, and I started my weight loss journey on April 18, 2012, and I've lost 32lbs so far. When I initially started, I was pumped to exercise and I was so focused on the calorie content of food that it would take me almost 2hours to grocery shop. Well I recently have gotten married and have hit the "infamous plateau". I'm still counting calories & I stay under 1300 daily because I do not have the time to exercise because I'm at work before the sun is up and still there when it goes down. I don't do any junk food or fast food or fried foods at all. I'm mostly a salad, fruit, veggie, turkey and oatmeal/grits type of girl, when it comes to what I eat.
My question is, how do you get past the plateau, when you cant incorporate exercise on a regular basis?
