Hello,
I just had my second child 2 weeks ago via c-section, and now I really want to get my pre-pregnancy body back as soon as I can! Unfortunately, I have to wait 6 weeks to start working out again, but in the mean time I am trying to eat healthy, especially since I am exclusively breastfeeding. I have 13 lbs left to lose to get to my pre pregnancy weight, but I would like to lose 17 lbs. I am feeling a little down right now, because I don't feel like my lower tummy will ever go away :( also a little down about not being able to do much for another 4 weeks. Just looking for support and anyone else who has gone through a c section. Glad to be a member on here!
