I know a lot of you share my same birthday today October 2:bigsmile: I wish you all a Happy Birthday today! I'm off to Vegas for the weekend with my Hubby. No teens coming on this trip. Hope the house is still standing when we get back Sunday:noway:

With my training & instilled calorie counting from my fellow MFP friends...I hope to stay within my calories. I do plan on having birthday cake when I get back Sunday to celebrate with my kids. I will be drinking on Friday Night & Saturday Night. I will cut my meals in 1/2 or even 1/3 of what the waitress brings me. I have learned from all of you on MFP and feel really strong about staying on track. I feel really good with 20 pounds off & hope to keep going as my new goal is Thanksgiving. I bought some new, fun & cute INC. clothes so I'm ready to go. :glasses: :glasses: :glasses:

Enjoy your weekend & I'll let you know how I do "on my own" in the big world of temptation & food. We shall see if "What goes on it Vegas Stays in Vegas"
