My daughter bought me my water cup for father's day, and I keep it on my desk. Thanks T!
My secretary brings in a bag of lemons every week to keep our water tasting better, and she encourages me by bringing them to me already cut up. Thanks SueSue!

Aw, that's sweet.
I live with 2 teenagers and work with a bunch of men. I'm pretty much on my own. The only support my kids give me is that I force them to keep their chips and junk food in their bedrooms and away from the kitchen.0 -
I would say the group that also participates in my boot camp classes. We have a good time, which keeps me coming back for more.
Other than that, I've got these awesome helpers named "Me", "Myself" and "I". They're the best.0 -
I don't really have any, my 3-year-old tells me she's proud of me when she sees me riding my exercise bike (unfortunately I just sold it yesterday lol) but even though she doesn't really know why i'm doing what i'm doing, her words still help me stick with it0

My absolute fabulous boyfriend! He lost 70lbs in the last year so he understands. He gets that I want to eat better and be more active. In the long run so does he. So, we're doing this together. Its so much better to have someone doing it with you.0

No one, really. I meet with a nutritionist and she encourages me during our sessions, but that's not on a regular basis and not free. My family doesn't struggle with weight and constantly talks about how fat someone is or how they ate too much of something and will be fat because of it. I have a few friends who don't care to lose weight and always ask me why I'm trying to be healthy, but not in a manner where they're actually curious...more like "WHY are you eating that salad? Just have whatever you want." Well, I want a salad. Other friends are busy with their families/babies and only talk about how they hate their arms or thighs. I'm working on using positive language about my body and working on nutrition/fitness, but I will say it's hard to not be negative when other people around me are.0

My best friend, always checks to see what I'm eating, how much water I'm drinking, and giving me helpful advice on cooking low-calorie meals. Also checks into to see if I'm working out and I do all the same for her.0
