One Month No Scale CHALLENGE

YES!!!!!! I'm in. If you look at my before and after pictures on my profile, that's only a 6 pound loss....the scale LIES!!! I lost 18 inches...
P.S. I'm starting this tomorrow...since I already weighed myself today. September 17th will be the next time I weigh myself!0 -
I only weigh myself once a week at the exact same time as soon as I have woken and gone to the bathroom on Sunday.0

OK - weighed in... CW - 163.8 (gain of .6 pounds) - BUT...
- dropped another dress size
- increased my calories to 1600 net per day
- increased my distance on my run to 4 miles
- ran my first 5K race on Saturday - came in 4th for my age group!
this was a great experiment - shows that the focus needs to be on movement & tracking, not hopping on my scale every couple of days. thanks!0 -
Weighed in this morning. Lost 4 pounds! Measured myself a few days ago and I lost 9 inches. Feeling great!0
