Hello all,
I have had my fair share of injuries during my time on this earth, and as I get older I feel it more so than not.
I hurt my back in high school and the same injury suddenly appeared when I went to bend down to get something, so my back has taken a trip to snap city. My ankles are in the same boat sadly. I broke it when I was in the 4th grade, smashed it with dumbells in 11th, and recently I fell down some steps while in the process of moving. I'm extra cautious now and I don't want to be a modern day Mr. Magoo.
What exercises are good for the accident prone and battered warrior?
