Fitbit Yay or Nay?

Wondering who has tried this and if they like it, if it motivated you more, how the sleep pattern peice works.....basically looking for any and all input. I currently use a pedeometer to track my steps with a daily goal of 10K. I've found myself feeling guilty if I didn't get my 10K in and if I forget to put it on a day, I'm totally mad....it has greatly helped me stay to my goals. (even I realize what I just stated might sound like I'm complaining)

I saw fitbit advertisement and was thinking it could be something for me to add to my routine to help me even more, but i'm skeptical and at $99 I'd like some input before I buy....
