New user, and my introduction.

Hi. I’m Sally. I’ve been using MFP for a couple of months now, though just started reading the forums.
I’ve tried lots of weight loss programs, and all worked to some degree. Over my lifetime, I’ve lost over 200 pounds. Most of it more than once. After every diet, I went back to my old ways, and of course, my old weight. Been there, done that, you’d think I’d learn.
I lost the most on Weight Watchers, and kept it off the longest. Even when I stopped tracking, I was able to keep most of the weight off by following the healthy guidelines I had learned. After my weight crept up and I was over goal, the cost forced me to look at other options, and I signed up for MFP on the recommendation of my niece. So far, I am doing fine, as long as I track, make good food choices, and get some exercise every day. I have about 15 pounds to lose this time, and am encouraged by what I’ve seen so far.
