P90x or Fitness INSANITY

Hey yall,

I was thinking about starting either the P90X or Fitness insanity program. Does anyone have any suggestions, are they both about the same or is one better than the other???? Any advice is greatly appreciated.
PS...don't know if this matters but I've got about 150 lbs to lose.

    I have done P90X and Insanity the Asylum and both work really well, it just depends on personal preference. Insanity is a lot of cardio and P90X has both cardio and resistance so if you really love cardio do Insanity but otherwise you could do P90X (which is my personal favorite)

    Thanks for the advice. My husband is going to do this with me and he doesn't have as much weight to lose as I do. He only needs to lose about 30 pounds. So maybe I should try P90X so he can start toning!
